𝗦𝗣 𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗡𝗢. 𝟲𝟬𝟯𝟴-𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟵 𝘈𝘯 𝘖𝘳𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘙𝘦𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘈𝘓𝘓 𝘈𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘌𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴, 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯/𝘔𝘦𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘍𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴, 𝘛𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘵 𝘈𝘵𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴, 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘭 & 𝘛𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘈𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘛𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘵 𝘖𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘉𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘯 𝘊𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘚𝘶𝘣𝘮𝘪𝘵 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘴 𝘋𝘢𝘵𝘢 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘛𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘮 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘗𝘦𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘝𝘪𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘰𝘧 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘱𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘴. 𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗟𝗘 𝗜𝗜 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟮: 𝗣𝗨𝗥𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗦 The generated tourism statistics data is established to: 2.1 Provide the City Tourism Office a tourist arrival data showcasing actual tourism situation of the city, a useful basis for economic impact and viability in evaluating tourism events, celebrations and activities to support economic development of the city; 2.2 Contribute in the collection of database for basic requirements to support research and proposals for tourism development projects and special studies and access to possible fund source for such study; 2.3 Make available tourism arrival statistics for continued conduct of tourism education and seminars to front desk officers and staff of all various hotels, pension and lodging houses, beaches, mountain resort, theme and leisure parks, government establishments catering day tourists, museums, convention center and facilities, sports centers, recreational centers and such other private establishments travel and tour agency operators in the city. 𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗟𝗘 𝗜𝗩 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟭: 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 & 𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 Establishments are required to submit a regular monthly report on tourist statistics data to the City Tourism Office: 1.2 The submission of the report on tourist statistical data shall be on every "First Week" of the succeeding month. 1.3 Submission of monthly reports on statistical data of all concerned establishments to the City Tourism Office shall be MANDATORY; and 1.4 The City Tourism Office shall in coordination with the Department of Tourism, provide a template for the Statistical Data Reporting of all concerned establishment 𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗟𝗘 𝗩 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟭: 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦 & 𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦 In violation of this ordinance the offender shall be penalized with the following penalties: 1.1 For 1st Offense - Reprimand 1.2 For 2nd Offense - Fine of Php 500.00 1.3 For 3rd Offense - Fine of Php 1,000.00 or suspension or cancellation of business permit.
